Resumo: |
This thesis aims to present the contributions that national events focused on traffic, held from 2020 to 2022, provided to education in this field of study. This is justified considering that the researcher has worked in the field of traffic education for over 20 years, always with the aim of seeking improvements in this area. Using education as a mechanism to implement the rules related to the right to come and go safely, as well as art. 1st, II of the Federal Constitution of 1988, which addresses the topic relating to citizenship, to provide a basis for the research object. Furthermore, the effectiveness of articles 74 to 79 of Law 9503/97 in improving traffic safety is highlighted. The referenced research tends to answer the following question: to what extent can the national events Yellow May and National Traffic Week contribute to improving traffic conditions? Starting from the perspective that participating in traffic is not a matter of choice, but rather an imposition of social interaction, one must observe the reflection of a traffic system that is alien to educational responsibility and has been the cause of social indignity. This research is applied in nature with a qualitative approach through exploratory bibliographic and documentary research with online data collection and subsequent content analysis. It should be noted that data was also collected through interviews. Given that this study was developed in a professional program, it must present an applicability product, this product is a technical report pointing out the contributions that national events focused on traffic, held in the period 2020-2022, provided to education in this field of study. The conclusion pointed out that the events mentioned did not reach a certain number of people that could make it possible to respond to the question. |
