The research, the type case study, is investigative focus the views of teachers who work in professional education courses on the Mediated Learning Experience in the context of SENAI Training Methodology Based Skills. The study is based on the conceptual framework of Reuven Feuerstein, especially with regard to the Experience Mediated Learning, establishing a dialogue with authors who discuss the issue in question. The empirical field study consisted of 34 operating units of SENAI of Rio Grande Regional Department South. Answered the questionnaire eighty teachers who work in industrial training courses, Mid-Level Technical, Vocational Training, Professional Initiation, Professional Development, Specialization and Graduate - Higher Education. For the analysis of the collected data was used content analysis technique. These data were categorized into the following themes: a) the presence of the foundations of Mediated Learning Experience in everyday educational activities; b) teacher-student relationship in teaching and learning processes; c) The significant learning; d) Mediation and evaluation of learning; and e) the need for continuing education. The findings of the study indicate that: a) the mediation of learning is not a subject that is of broad field of SENAI-RS teachers; b) the main mediator of the characteristics mentioned by teachers were: focus on learning; set challenges appropriate to the level of the students; prioritize meaningful learning; establish relationships between the content and practice. The survey also identified suggestions so that you can consolidate learning mediated in Professional Education every day at SENAI/RS. |
