Resumo: |
The dissertation examines the film for organizational analysis teaching with the use of metaphors expressed in the plot of the animated film Monsters, Inc. The film's main characteristic is an approach focused on the organizational routine. The work is divided into: a theoretical framework that addresses the learning management and the use of art and cinema for teaching this area of knowledge; Organizational Culture as a guiding concept for the analysis; the animated film and the man’s identification by the images. The methodology used was a qualitative method based on theoretical and exploratory study along with the concepts of metaphor and cinematic language. The analysis was made from the methodological concepts united with the literature review, in which the metaphor has guided the conclusions. It was verified from this analysis experience that it is possible to offer new ways of teaching in Administration, whose art of animated film, as a teaching resource, might aggregate to organizational concepts when offering a new perspective for this area of knowledge. |
