Resumo: This dissertation aimed to highlight, from the perception of young workers the configuration of relationships between spirituality and practices the values. To this end, sought to elucidate the guiding research question: how are configured the relationships between spirituality and practices the organizational values? The theoretical reference for architects ' fields of work, spiritual practices in organizations, organizational values and the young worker. Methodological resources, descriptive and quantitative analysis of correlations between variables of the study. For the collection of data, structured questionnaire was used, made available via links on the internet, in institutions that worked with the learning activity and training of young people aged between 18 and 24 years. Of the questionnaires applied, research obtained a return of a total of 406 valid questionnaires. The results showed that young people realize the spiritual practices, as well as the organizational values in companies that work. Been identified yet the settings of the relationships between spirituality and practices the organizational values, pointing the degree of magnitude between them were, therefore, found that the practice of spirituality: decreased workload, employee appreciation and dissemination of spirituality, have a strong association with the organizational values: welfare, autonomy and collective concern.
