Um sistema de micropagamentos para comércio eletrônico: considerações e implementação

The possibility to implement a technique of payments for values below five dollars and to create a new market, in that it is viable: to charge a small amount for access to information; to tariff per time of access the consultation to a certain part of a site in the web; to buy articles published in previous editions of a newspaper or magazine; to download illustrations, images, sounds; to send messages SMS charging through the web; to download software for Palms; to consult the weather forecast, horoscope and database; to send personalized cards and download plug-ins are themes explored in this work. The work presents an architecture composed of three different entities: Customer, Salesperson and Broker, with which a model is defined to make possible implementations, with cost benefit acceptable, of applications with the means mentioned in the previous paragraph. The Customer is formed for the buyers in potential. The Salesperson is the responsible entity for the sale and delivery of the product. The Broker is the responsible for executing the compensation tasks and emission of payment tickets, centralizing all the tasks and expenses due to the deal. It is also obligation of the Broker to execute activities as the scrutiny of improper payments, to guarantee the privacy of the purchase and of the buyer and to endorse all the purchases that are authorized for him. The work yet discusses implementation aspects, resulting from the experience obtained through the construction of a prototype based in the model.
