Resumo: The aim in this work is to analyze the relationship between the four types of Organizational Culture and its impact on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of employees from Brazilian banking sector. Hence, the research question is what is the impact of Organizational Culture on Commitment and Satisfaction of bank employee? To answer this, a quantitative approach was used to examine a survey of 1735 respondents. A factor analysis was adopted followed by a multiple regression with the purpose to understand the relationship between the following variables: Clan Organizational Culture, Adhocracy Organizational Culture, Hierarchy Organizational Culture and Market Organizational Culture in relation to Job Satisfaction considering the Relationship With Superior, Reward and Nature of Work dimensions, as well as to Employees Commitment taking into account, Normative and Instrumental affective dimensions. The results pointed to a more significant relationship between Clan and Hierarchy Cultures with the studied variables, while the Market Culture presented a less significant relationship with them.
