The objective of this research is to investigate organizational communication processed in the Military Police of the State of Bahia and analyze the existence of specific, applicable to the nature of the services it provides to society foundations, from the study of the communication mix proposed by Kunsch. To this end, a survey of the theoretical conceptions of violence, conceptualizing it, presenting their types, the pervasive violence in the media and its relationship to public safety was performed. Approach the magnitude of the crime was done by conducting a focus on prevention and repression. Also performed to approach security in light of the law and a presentation of patrolling, their forms and types, besides the presentation of the concept of security as guarantor of social relations. Finally, the ostensible object of public safety and some theoretical conceptions of culture and organizational culture was introduced and on the resources of metaphors drawn by Morgan, presenting concepts of culture , organizational culture to examine whether culture can influence the processes of communication Military Police. Finally, theoretical conceptions about communication, business and organizational communication were presented, based on the compound of communication, integrated communication, proposed by Kunsch. Treated specifically organizational communication in overt public safety: operational communication, internal communication and external communication, with a focus in the media and in public opinion, as well as dealing with symbolic representations of public policing services in order to analyze whether the PMBA (Military Police of Bahia) follows the model presented. While methodological process we used the deductive method .From the purpose it was intended this work, he was elected the descriptive research. As for when to collect the data, the cross-sectional survey was conducted. And while the focus, we opted for qualitative research. For this, we used the bibliographic and documentary research and thus, from the theories studied , it became evident that the Military Police requires changes in posture in the process of communication, therefore, requires an integrated communication from this theorized models research and the nature of the activities carried out by it, ie, communication focused on the needs of the workforce optimization and the services provided to the company.Concluding, therefore, that the communication needs of PMBA rearrange your communication style and this must be grounded in specific, applicable to its structure foundations. |
