Resumo: |
The legalization issue is discussed repeatedly in Solidarity Economy middles. Whether in the government sphere, as the deliberation spaces and the formation of forums or even in the business itself, this is a subject with little theoretical approach, that many times it’s not understood in its full depth. Its importance is structural, and pervades the interest in participating in bidding, access to public resources, issuance of receipt or even by the difficulty that the theme represent for the projects. With this in regard to the goal of this dissertation consists in elucidate the legalization, what is and what is proposed, and check their suitability to the solidarity economy enterprises. This research will be conducted using the following methodology: a) bibliographic and documental review, analyzing the key steps of the process, its procedures, amounts and deadlines; b) the experience of four popular cooperatives in Salvador. For the study of legalization we have in mind that the projects are embedded in a territory, and that other issues permeate the discussion, such as the taxation of the enterprises and the social rights of the collective workers. |
