Resumo: This research sought to evaluate the perception of teachers and students about the contributions of the use of computational simulators in logistics education, at Alfa Technical School, located in the city of Feira de Santana. To achieve this goal, initially, it presents the regional scenario, highlighting the role of training institutions of manpower for local development. The literature review discusses the simulation and the era of educational games, historical aspects of simulation as a knowledge tool, the simulation in teaching/learning, covering the use of games and simulators in management education, describing the methodologies of games/simulators development and modeling of an application with the ProModel simulation software. It still treats about the logistics as field of study for application of simulators, on the current scenario of technical education, and over the course of logistics with use of ProModel simulator as a teaching support tool used at the searched institution. The results of the descriptive research applied to the target groups formed by teachers and students of the technical course, they demonstrated the great importance of the use of simulators as an educational support tool and assistance to decision making, emphasizing the satisfaction of the researched groups by the method for learning. Point also, out some obstacles to the use of simulators in the case studied. The research data are presented in the form of spreadsheets and texts, with their respective statistical analyzes. In the last chapter, are made final comments about the work, and bring suggestions for further research involving the theme.
