Resumo: |
In this dissertation was discussed the implementation of the Theatre L'Occitane work in Trancoso (Porto Seguro - BA). Construction featuring complex architectural geometry negative curvilinear surfaces (structural masonry) and is designed to integrate with the local landscape and serve as reference for major events presentation and training culture (art music) within the Music program in Trancoso, which integrates and enhances the calendar of events Bahia. Designed to become one of the permanent headquarters of regional development in the cultural scopes, socio-educational, environmental and economic. adopting as methodological strategy the case report aimed to describe the efficiency and constructive sustainability, adopting by technical criteria using the metal profiles structure, supporting the concrete shell designed/sandblasted, replacing the reinforced concrete conventional. As state of the art were addressed aspects of eco-construction as a competitive advantage, landmarks, characterization and applicability of metal profiles in construction, as well as the evolutionary process of materials, equipment and applicability of shotcrete. They were considered, focused on efficiency technologies, materials and processes, some empirical parameters for comparison and analysis of the results observed in the implementation process, according to the specificity of the building. Under the conditions of the analyzed factors, it is noteworthy that the adoption of sandblasted concrete in structural masonry on metal profiles in relation to the reinforced concrete, promoted constructive feasibility (-12.14%), related to process efficiency and minimizing adverse environmental impacts, within the architectural requirements of negative profiles, due to the reduction of structural load, moldability, acoustic comfort and lower term implementation period (120 days). They stood out aspects of dimensional accuracy (millimeter scale) and reduction of construction site logistics at (a): i) decrement in waste generation, consumption of steel profiles, wood shapes, sand and water; ii). disuse of gravel, concrete, curing and stripping; iii) decreased movement of transport, lower fuel consumption and emission of greenhouse gases (GHGs). Still, it is considered unusual alternative technique in Bahia and Northeast Brazil, with functionality structural masonry, with potential for expansion. |
