Resumo: |
urgical procedures are interventions aimed at rehabilitating function and physiology of a follow-up hand casting techniques are, most often, very invasive and create an uncomfortable situation for the patient. As a result, we initiated a series of studies on surgical additives that aid in the healing process these procedures, able to regulate inflammation and enhance the healing. Some growth factors were isolated and tested for tissue regeneration capacity from stimulating osteoprogenitor cells. These growth factors are natural mediators that regulate cellular events to repair the tissue, triggering cell proliferation and matrix synthesis through their specific receptors. Some clinical applications of autologous biomaterial have been described in various areas of medicine and for specific procedures related to rehabilitation in implantology. The main of this study objective is to conduct a literature review and analysis tool for the Growth Factors, describing its evolution to a new bioactive surgical additive model, which helps in the healing of surgical lesions for its tissue regeneration characteristics and inflammatory regulation. |
