Through literature review of the areas of organizational behavior and management of projects, and field-made in the form of interviews with members of a team project, this work aims to investigate the general aspects of Organizational Behavior that may interfere in the process of adoption and implementation of Project Management. Besides seeking the theory of the Project Management explanations for the influence of Organizational Behavior Management in Projects, and examine aspects of organizational behavior that are relevant to the Administration of Projects and Conduct a gap between management practice and theory of organizational behavior.
