The aim of this work was to investigate the importance attached by knowledge workers in an institution of higher education - the teachers - the drivers and the strategic alignment of the dynamics of knowledge management. Understanding that higher education institutions are organizations where it creates and disseminates knowledge, institutions that train skilled professionals to develop activities and contribute to the market and society, given it is necessary to be to market changes and highlight the knowledge management as an important practice for organizational development. Higher education institutions are organizations that effectively transform society into a knowledge society. This research was conducted at the University Center Celso Lisboa, Institution of Private Higher Education in Rio de Janeiro, to identify to what extent the strategic alignment of knowledge management based on the constructs studied in this research (Strategic Thinking, Contexts empowering and Surplus Cognitive) drive the generation of Value in an IES. The findings were operationalized by argument, assumptions and hypotheses that have identified that there is different perception of the subject, in view of the Strategic Knowledge Management Alignment, with regard to drivers of Value Creation in the studied HEI. |
