Resumo: | This work contributes to the implementation and structuring of a tests bench with three-phase induction motors, observing the recommendations of NBR 5383-1:2002 standard of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT). The platform has resistant and adjustable base, allowing to be studied motors until 5 cv, with different types of motor housing. Tests based on technical standards attest to the verification of the state of the motor in terms of efficiency, as well as assisting in the identification and correction of possible electrical and mechanical problems. The acquisition and monitoring data such as voltage, current, power, speed, torque, and others, is made with precision and reliability, and with safety for people and equipment guarantee. The operating principle and main characteristics of three-phase induction motors are discussed, as well as the presentation of the elements of the test bench. The outcome of the work goes through the details of the tests performed as well as the analysis of the results obtained. |
