Resumo: | Through the issue surrounding the design of the human body, the present work aims to elaborate and develop pedagogical strategies in the teaching of arts that make it possible to minimize prejudices regarding body images that are outside idealized standards. To develop the proposal, specific research objectives were determined, such as: the selection and insertion of works by artists who explore the theme of the human body in its diversity; development of a repertoire of practical experiences with students; presentation and experimentation of plastic activities involving the drawing of the human body, seeking to broaden the students' perspective on the diversity of bodies. The work was developed in classes in the initial years of elementary school II at Escola Municipal Profa. Olga Del´Fávero – CAIC Laranjeiras, located in the municipality of Uberlândia, State of Minas Gerais. As a product of this research, a virtual gallery will be organized with images of the practices developed in this study, with the aim of presenting possible methodologies for teaching art, but also for the study of humanities areas. |
