Resumo: The concept of territory is discussed in this study, from a relational perspective among individuals, and therefore as a space of production of life and health and / or disease. This approach places emphasis on the need for community participation in decision making, in planning and implementing actions since health promotion goes beyond health care and it is not a synonym for preventive practice. Therefore,it is necessary that the Health System abandon its medical practice which usually is decontextualized and fragmented of citizens reality, and seeks dialogue with other sectors that is useful in the creation of networks of commitment and responsibility, where everyone can be participating in the care of the health and it is not limited to the health system. Therefore, the thematic integration and intersectoral cooperation has been assumed in the field of social policy Health at School. This attempt to establish a relationship between the sectors of education and health can be observed in the city of Uberlândia. There are about 25 years, the School Health Program has sought to implement health actions aimed at improving the quality of life of students of public schools. And, from a reformulation of previous programs, it was implemented in January 2009, the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program. Thus it was established as goals in this work: analyzing the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program in basic education schools in Uberlândia city - MG, from the perspective of Integration and Intersectoral Cooperation; characterize the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program through a historical approach having as axes of analysis integration and intersectoral approach, and also to analyze the perception of the subjects involved in the School Health Program with regard to the application of the concept of promotion health within the territory. This is a study with a qualitative approach in which the interview proved to be the most favorable to understand the values, beliefs and impressions of managers and professionals about the process of the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program. The sample comprised ten (10) subjects considered as key informants because they are partakers actors directly or indirectly on the health program, they were: the manager of the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program, the coordinator of science at CEMEPE (Centro Municipal de Estudos e Projetos Educacionais Julieta Diniz), three (3) representative informants from public schools where the program has been implemented, along with three (3) school health agents and two (2) nurses responsible for health units of reference. It was found that health programs in schools developed in Uberlândia, including the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program have their focus on teaching about hygiene and prophylactic means of prevention and care based on life styles and with an emphasis on individual action. Students are not touched to act through constructive engagement that are able to contribute to solving problems in their family, at school or in the community, in spite of the motto \"school health for the whole family\" .There is not a specific guide that shows a commitment by the City Department of Health and Education of Uberlândia to the age of adolescence, trying to guide actions and establish a network of care. It is not clear in the program incentives that promote bonding and enabling the establishment of dialogue between the school community, the family health unity, the direction of the Saúde Todo Dia Da escola para toda a família Program and other departments and institutions.
