Resumo: Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs) are becoming increasingly important for companies to automate their processes. Furthermore, there is a large population in Brazil and the world that has some type of disability and that cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is important to consider accessibility aspects when developing any type of software, including ERPs, which are essential for people with some type of disability to guarantee their access rights to systems that are essential for carrying out work activities. This research used an exploratory approach for quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand how accessibility aspects are addressed within the scope of ERPs and to identify weaknesses in this context. Therefore, this research was carried out in a few stages. Among them were interviews with 10 participants with visual impairment, accessibility inspection using WCAG in an ERP system and a focus group carried out with 17 participants who collaborate with a company that develops and markets a ERP Web, to analyze the perceptions of developers and product people responsible for ERP development. The results show that the lack of knowledge on the subject of Web accessibility by people responsible for developing software is still great, and its inclusion in the process of developing ERP systems is still limited. Thus, this work evaluated accessibility issues in integrated business management systems, analyzed the different levels of knowledge on the subject among people involved in the development process of this type of software and explored the accessibility gaps found in ERP software.
