Resumo: | This dissertation was developed under the theme of public High School, specifically considering the existence of a dualism in this stage of education, which concerns its propaedeutic format, as opposed to the teaching offered to the proletarian class, namely vocational education. Considering that it is a bibliographic research, it was organized in two parts. The first is associated with the review of secondary sources seeking theoretical basis that deals with this theme. The second part is associated with legal documents in order to understand this feature which is attributed here to the High School, that is, a dualistic teaching. We used as support for the analysis the decrees nº 2.208 / 97 and nº 5.154 / 04, as well as the Law of Guidelines and Bases of the National Education (LDB) nº 9.394 / 96 in order to verify the alterations and changes occurred in the legal scope. Thus, the investigation and analysis of this research are part of a study of personal and professional achievement, therefore, the hypotheses about the reality of the school and its achievement as a training institution live up to its understood role of not acting as a transformative one, but rather as producer and reproducer of the social structure of classes, to read: subordinate part based on the ruling class. |
