Resumo: | This work presents the studies carried out for the construction, drive, control, operation and analysis of the dynamic performance of a synchronous reluctance motor. Within this analysis is the mathematical modeling, comparative among some geometries for rotor construction design, software analysis of finite elements and experimental tests in bench are shown. A first-generation synchronous reluctance motor prototype (with modified rotor of a three-phase induction motor) and a second-generation (with transversely laminated rotor cageless) were built. To drive and control these motors, a drive prototype with vector control techniques is developed, with emphasis on the proposed vector control model called the Fast Response Reference Flow, where its practical results are presented. A comparison between synchronous reluctance motors and conventional three-phase induction motors of the same power, open-loop driven, is also presented. |
