Resumo: | This study is a research for a dissertation of the Postgraduate Program in Education of the Federal University of Uberlândia, inserted in the research line "State, Policies and Management in Education". Its theme is the School Inclusion of deaf students: An analysis of accessibility policies for textbooks. The objectives of the research are: To understand the notions and commitments expressed in accessibility in Pounds, present in the National Textbook Policy (PNDL) and its repercussions on the process of schooling of deaf students, from public schools in the period 2007 to 2017. Specific objectives are to identify and analyze: The notions of accessibility and the commitments with the conditions of access and permanence of the deaf in the public school; Actions and deliberations of the public management in guaranteeing the rights of the deaf, deriving from PNLD. It is a qualitative research with emphasis on documentary analysis, among the instruments of data collection is the documentary study and analysis of the Didactic Book accessible in Pounds of 3 collections: Exchange of Ideas, Pitanguá and Open Doors. We conclude the study showing that the proposals presented by the collections instrument the student Surdo to make use of the different discursive practices, however, it is still perceptible, the 3 collections, problems in the routes of activities that can lead to a mistaken reflection about accessibility in Pounds. Thus, we consider that there is still a route to be constructed in order to make the work with the use of Libras in the classroom as an axis of teaching learning, so that the accessibility in Pounds becomes effective as content to be taught and acquires consistency pedagogical proposals. Finally, we hope that the result of this research will serve as a basis for new research, as well as contribute to the debate on educational inclusion regarding the accessibility of the National Textbook Program (PNLD). |
