Resumo: Internet s continue growth is resulted of the convergence of several markets (p.ex. telephony, entertainment and transmission of data) that use your infrastructure for provision of the services. The quality of the services of the applications is influenced by this growth and most of them works with continuous medias as the audio and video that are highly sensitive with the state of the network, therefore, they demand that the network gives them guarantees of performance. Quality of Service (QoS) is a capacity of the network that supplies guarantees to the applications. The applications use parameters of QoS associated to your layer to express your desires. Several studies are realized so that the Internet can provide QoS. One of the studies that are more detached is the DiffServ Architecture. This architecture leaves some points in open that are base for proposal of a new model, that together with the DiffServ are going to the encounter for supplying complete and explicit for the demands of QoS of the applications. In model s specification and development, concepts as object oriented, distributed systems and control traffics are fundamental. According to these concepts are developed this component: IQoS for translation of the parameters of the application layer for the one of network, the TCD that configures all the roters of the DiffServ domain, the BB for manage the classes DiffServ and to act as admission controller and the Environment of Administration as interface among the domain DiffServ and the administrator of the domain. Due of those considerations, this work initially presents the parameters of QoS of the application layer and of network, the architecture to add QoS to the IP networks, the reasons of Architecture DiffServ s adoption and also your deficiencies. Soon after, a group of components aggregate functionalities to the DiffServ Architecture to supply your deficiencies. The proposed model is presented to evaluate the technologies for the development, control of the traffic and network analysis. Finally, a sequence of tests is accomplished to demonstrate the functionalities and the importance of the components.
