The general objective of the study is to analyze the impacts of recent structural changes in poultry farming on the stability of live chicken supply for the integrating agribusiness within the framework of a new integration system in the cerrados. In other words, to analyze the structural transformations with respect to: the houses with the highest level of automation and the best chicken confinement capacity; the need for increased leverage capacity for investment by integrated producers; the location of farms according to reduced cost sources of caloric and protein raw materials; the need for industries to be located in regions or states that provide advantages both in reducing production costs and gains in tax incentives.
