Resumo: | This work is about the study of the interaction between oxidized graphene (GO) and dNTPs (Deoxynucleotides triphosphate) - dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP; two materials widely studied and applied in the field of nanomedicine. The materials were characterized using Raman spectroscopy and the surface scanning method called AFM (“atomic force microscopy”), individually and in a composite. From the oxidized graphene, we were able to analyze its characteristic bands through its vibrational spectrum and the profiles of its leaves through the surface images. As for the constituent bases of DNA, an assignment of the vibrational modes corresponding to each of its groups was carried out. The individual characterization of the materials was made for comparison with the composites in order to detect changes caused by the interaction of the materials. In this work, we were able to infer after analyzing and comparing spectra and surface profiles of composites, that there is a different interaction between the bases classified as purines (dATP and dGTP) and pyrimidines (dCTP and dTTP) with oxidized graphene. |
