Resumo: | As a need for lower costs, this research proposes an investigation on a scaling model for irrigation pumping system, using different sources of energy, having as a result the optimum diameter and the pump set power, emphasizing the hydraulic, energetic and economical efficiency, restricting other hydraulic variables, environment characterization and available sources of water in each studied region. The main objective is to find and compare total costs over overhead costs ( investment ) and variables ( maintenance and operation), within the water capitation and irrigation distribution path. The methodology involves many hydraulic variables and energetic costs and varied sources of energy, plus implantation costs. The use of this methodology may reach a scaling that will provide the optimum diameter, lowering the costs and adequate source of energy. A software, named Irrigare 1.0, was designed o fulfill the objectives, developed in MATLAB computational code, focusing pump system scaling and define involved costs from the use of the following sources of energy: conventional, horosazonal, combustion and solar. Case studies were carried out to simulate field situations, which it as defined the sources of energy, sources of water and the type of pump should be used in the agriculture irrigation process. The results showed differentiated costs with respective projections over the years, which enable the choice of the adequate energetic system, according the existing sources of water, based on the local technical features. |
