Resumo: | Vibratory feeders are excellent for sellecting and orienting parts with simple or complex shape. Its efficiency is traduced by the transport velocity of parts on its track, that mainly is function of the track slope, the friction between the parts and the track and the exciter (amplitude, frequence and excitation wave). This work begins with a brief presentation of the vibratory feeders, and a review about linear vibratory feeders with imposed force and imposed displacement. The mathematic modelling of parts movement on the track is presented, allowing to calculate its velocity. This modelling is general, it can be applyed in all excitation wave, and in real waves too, used in this work. The real cycles used in this work is taked of commercial linear vibratory feeders with eletromagnetical exciter. The experimental apparatus and results of the mean comveying velocity are shown. The experimental results show that track movement is not sinusoidal. The theoritical and experimental mean conveying velocity ares presebted. |
