Resumo: | The presente work, result of the readings and reserches made in the last period, seeks to be the threshold of a study regarding the way in which power, through the study of the genealogy, is configured throughout the history of western societies and the relationships established, effectively, among them. The interest is to clarify on how, in modern societies, one of the characteristic privileges of sovereign power is manifested and updated in modern political power. Therefore, the work follows the proposal of two moments; in the first, the concept of genealogy to identify the articulations of new forms of power with the presentation of the technologies of power demarcating what is different to them and this being the condition for the identification of what is also common to them; in the second, the understanding of racism as a vital element in the logic of modern biopower, leading to reflection for the internal social fracture that justifies actions in favor of a certain group and contrary to another. |
