Resumo: | In recent years, a proliferation of new technologies has emerged to improve/facilitate the assimilation of information. One such technology is the Augmented Reality - AR that is the enrichment of the real environment with text, images, graphics, sounds and virtual objects, using a technological device and running in real time.It has the advantage of allowing the use of tangible actions and multimodal operations, involving voice, gestures, touch, etc.Due to its variety of interfaces, is significantly greater the complexity in designing and use them than 2D software, where the user, in most cases, is already accustomed to the technologies. So, the designers of these systems need to develop a user-centered design, otherwise several usability problems can arise, such as difficulty in navigation, occlusion, selection and manipulation of objects, fidelity of images, use of equipment (helmet), information overload, depth perception, text legibility. These problems result in user frustration and a low utility and acceptability of the system. Designers of AR environments need advice, guides and guidelines to assist them in building the project. To date, design guides for AR that can be found in the literature are few suggestions from specific problems derived from the researchers. Thus, there is a necessity to increase the research in this area, so that the information added to real environments are actually used. This paper aims to present an investigation that resulted in a requirements analysis strategy, specific to building AR environments. The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by its application to a meta-model specification of requirements for building a system to aid in the treatment of Arachnophobia. |
