Resumo: | Diary writing has been a possibility of expression used by teenagers for a long time. Nowadays, the intimate diary migrates from paper to the Internet virtual pages in the so called blogs. This research aimed to observe teenager experiences reported by themselves and the functions that writing assumes in their lives. This is a qualitative research in which four teenager blogs were analyzed, according to a psychoanalytic approach. The analysis shows that blogs can work as a preparation space, a space to think and to know emotional experiences by working as an analogue space to the potential one as well. Being in a public environment emphasizes the importance of someone's look which offers both fundamental recognition and existence meaning in this stage of life. |
