Resumo: | The research was developed in order to contribute systemically to the teaching of chemical and biological concepts, especially to teachers of the secondary level of education, in order to correlate the teaching of this science in Basic Education with disciplinary and contextualized concepts. As data collection, a bibliographic survey was carried out in official documents and other references, as well as an investigation questionnaire with chemistry teachers, to then plan, elaborate and develop a teaching proposal through the guiding theme Food Labels in Teaching Biochemistry , in an integrated way between Chemistry and Biology, as Informative Material for teachers of Chemistry and Biology of High School. Thus, the research consists of a qualitative analysis based on the development of a teaching proposal with emphasis on contents of Chemistry and Biology, mediated by an investigation of the teaching of these sciences in Basic Education. Through the application of the questionnaires, it could be observed that the teaching of biochemical concepts has not been worked in the classes of Chemistry of High School in the city where the research was carried out. On the other hand, all the teachers participating in the research acknowledge the importance of teaching such concepts, as well as the possibility of relating Biochemistry to other teaching areas, in view of suggestions presented by official documents such as PCN+, OCN, and the CBC of Chemistry and Biology, with subjects related to the teaching of these sciences in the classes of High School. |
