Resumo: | Occupational Health aims to understand the relationship between work and the health and illness conditions of workers, given the need to know informal homeworkers and their main activities for the development of actions in TS and considering the existence of various risks present in workplaces and the dynamics of the production process, a survey was carried out by sampling the informal household activities existing in the coverage area of the Family Health Strategy Program – ESF in the municipality of Araxá – MG. A semi-structured interview was carried out with home-based workers whose content aimed to know the worker's profile and their home-based work activity. The main activities developed in the home environment, the main complaints of illness and the difficulties faced by the work process were verified, with recognition of the risks and illnesses to which home-based workers are exposed and the complete lack of labor and social security rights arising from informal work. Considering the problems detected in the visited home workplaces, the risks and the reality that workers are inserted in the work processes, it will enable the prioritization of needs, to plan and direct ST actions and program intervention actions together with the network of health care in the city of Araxá-MG. |
