Resumo: | This dissertation aims at discussing the actor`s dramaturgy, having the play “O Barqueiro” as its main object of analysis. The process of its construction involved a deep diving into the very actor’s performance as acting solo, facing the challenge to present to the public a play revealed since its poetic and practice crossings, as to the knowledge acquired in the actor’s own formation. Such a process has resulted in the study of its similarities to the works of two other theatre actors: Julio Adrião in “A Descoberta das Américas”, and Vinícius Piedade in “Cárcere”; both references to this genre of presentation. To this experience there have been the contributions of the public, in either rehearsal or presentations, to the construction of a sole spectacle based on José Saramago’s novel “O Conto da Ilha Desconhecida”, where he tells the story of a son trying to recognize his missing father as a hero of the seas. The option for a solo performance has offered a perspective which allowed the actor to expand his experiences and own acknowledgements in connection with the present audience, embodied to the production which is has been on the road since 2016. The research resulted in the importance of the actor’s autonomy, from the actor’s own universe perspective, and its possibilities in creating an artistic work of its own: as to say, experiences and theory altogether. |
