Resumo: This report entitled \"Cyberspace as a source of journalistic information: creation of the proposed e-book E-Tariff for use by students, teachers and professionals\" whose fundamental objective to present the e-book E-Tariff; a collaborative work, in which the views of readers helps in the book building. From this function, this product intends subscribe and propose, deductively, reflections, discussions and possible ways in order to encourage the use of the Internet as a more reliable pillar, secure and at the same time, practical and comprehensive for the journalist, teacher and student of Journalism. The methodology was qualitative approach procedure which constituted the case study that, according to what was discussed, the research also obtained descriptive and exploratory, in a deductive context by the researcher. There was a survey by consulting with twenty questions seeking to know how these professionals and news organizations in which they work using the Internet in their day to day in the newsroom, to be contextualized theories and data presented throughout this report. The e-book produced for this study is hosted in a hot site and have interactive content, growing and requires participation to continue his career. In referring to the question of cyberspace as a source of news and educational information, is part of the bulge of the media process issues such as ethics, credibility, influence, public and social interests, responsible communication and message quality.
