Resumo: The structural reliability is aimed at assessing the safety of a structure, or evaluation of the probability that it does not fail to meet the objectives for which it was designed during his lifetime. The aim of this study was to analyze the structural behavior of premature rupture of concrete beams reinforced with polymer reinforced with carbon fibers (CFRP), whose adhesion between the reinforcement and the substrate (concrete) is established with epoxy formulation or through a thermo-active phenolic film. The analysis was done by checking the load carrying capacity, changes in deformation behavior and the evaluation of both techniques adhesion. Were used beams 33 of dimensions 20 cm × 30 cm × 200 cm. The experimental program consisted of a first phase at room temperature 25 º C and the second in an atmosphere heated to 80 ° C and 120 ° C. For the analysis of structural reliability, we performed the characterization of variable geometry: width, height and the resistance of steel and concrete used in the fabrication of the beams. The test of the beams was performed using a four point bending. The analysis was performed using the method of structural reliability \"First Order Reliability Moment\" (FORM). It is concluded that the beams with a layer of CFRP bonded epoxy formulation was tested at room temperature and tested at 80 ° C showed the highest levels of reliability.
