Atitude empreendedora no interior das organizações: uma análise comparativa entre pessoas que participaram e não participaram do Programa de Gestão de Processos da Algar

Resumo: The purpose of this research is to identify the differences in enterprising attitude of persons who had joined Algar s PGP - process management program (Programa de Gestão de Processos) and persons who had not. Thus, a survey was conducted in the top two companies in innovation s production: ACS and CTBC; the data has been collected through a cross-sectional analysis. The both group s results had been compared in order to identify differences in enterprising attitude. After make a literature review about entrepreneuring, corporative entrepreneuring, intrapreneuring and enterprising attitude; beyond a survey of the previous works on such subjects, IMAE was chosen. This research instrument was created by Lopez Júnior (2005) to measure the enterprising attitude of the individual, bearing in mind the dimensions: planning, accomplishment, power and innovation. In this research, the enterprising attitude was defined as the learned predisposition to act in enterprising way, following the rules it planned behavior, theory that supported the creation of IMAE instrument. After do an advance test with 33 individuals, it was necessary adjust it to the public in order to make the auto-story easier. The study was performed in 210 employees of the Algar group, 84 participants and 126 non-participants of the PGP. The results showed significant statistical difference for all dimensions in analysis and for general index (t=1,912). The difference between groups was more preeminent for dimensions power (t=2,497) and realization (t=2,366).
