Resumo: | The recognition of social and environmental economic benefits as a consequence of energy efficiency measures is becoming more and more frequent in Brazil. It is necessary to know the models and programs of these measures so that public buildings can be more efficient and participate to obtain the seal of PROCEL of buildings. In this way, this work seeks to elucidate terms and procedures of energy efficiency for buildings that wish to meet requirements to participate in Energy Efficiency Programs. To this end, energy efficiency studies are analyzed in the industrial and public segments and tools for Measurement and Verification will be shown as the determination of the baseline to evaluate the expected savings. This will also propose Energy Efficiency Actions for the Dental Hospital of the Federal University of Uberlândia following procedures of the Energy Efficiency Program (PEE), International Protocol for Measurement and Verification of Energy Performance (PIMVP®) and the Guide to Energy Efficiency in Buildings Of CEPEL. The work concludes with the project of a photovoltaic plant in addition to the efficiency actions in the building. |
