Adaptação e evidências de validade do Internal Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (ICSQ) para o contexto brasileiro

Resumo: Satisfaction with communication refers to the perception and attitude of employees towards the quality of the quality of communication management within the organization, and is a fair and respectful treatment they receive. Given the lack of specific tools in Brazil to assess this satisfaction, this research aimed to objective was to adapt and seek evidence of the validity of the Internal Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (ICSQ) for the Brazilian context. The study was divided into two phases: the first phase was the process of adapting the adaptation process, which followed five methodological steps; the second phase was the empirical empirical testing of the measure with two independent samples. The first sample, in which the exploratory factor analysis was carried out, included 210 workers. The second sample included 166 workers and used confirmatory factor analysis. confirmatory factor analysis. All the participants were Brazilian Portuguese speakers over the age of 18. The results indicate that the ICSQ adapted to the Brazilian context is a unidimensional measure composed of 18 items, with satisfactory psychometric validity adjustments. THE ICSQ proved to be a promising tool for measuring satisfaction with internal internal communication in Brazilian organizations, offering significant benefits for both professionals and academics investigating this phenomenon.
