Resumo: | In view of the current housing production in the Brazilian scenario, it is noted that the projects are not very responsive to attributes related to quality, such as functionality, flexibility, and privacy, which are important requirements for qualification of housing. About apartments, the projects have presented increasingly standardized solutions, aggravated by the reduction of the usable area, which does not adequate to the demands of its users. In this sense, studies point to the importance of measuring the quality of housing, in view of user satisfaction, through Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE), which allows understanding the compliance of projects in relation to appropriation, adaptation and use of housing. In view of this, a preliminary exploration of the theoretical referential is established, understanding the concepts of housing quality, post-occupancy evaluation, BIM and its application management process and analysis of the data obtained in POE. The research used as a methodological approach, the Hypothetical-Deductive method supported by Design Science Research, based on: (i) problem identification - state of the art and literature review; (ii) definition of expected results; (iii) development and demonstration of the protected; (iv) evaluation and (v) communication. Therefore, the final objective of the research was to propose the integration of design criteria in the analysis of Post-Occupancy Evaluation mediated by BIM, through the creation of the "How Do You Live? - BIM", a set of APO adapted to the BIM system, in order to optimize the design decision making by architects in future projects. As results, we highlight the contribution of the produced set in offering more contextualized analysis of the responses in the POE and subsidizing a design decision-making process attended to for future apartment projects, guaranteeing compliance with the attributes raised as drivers of housing quality: functionality, flexibility, and privacy. Allowing to evaluate positive and negative aspects of the analyzed project, indicate changes in the project, share and discuss new solutions and guarantee the importance of evaluating user satisfaction in conjunction with design standards and recommendations A methodological contribution was possible, through the creation of increasingly efficient POE instruments, which can be used in future research. This research is part of a larger survey entitled “[How do you live?] - Interactive post-occupancy assessment system of the quality of housing in digital media” financed by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), which focuses on a methodological improvement in functional post-occupancy assessment based on the introduction of digital interfaces, conducted by the [MORA] Group - FAUeD / UFU Housing Research. |
