Resumo: | Lawrence Halprin was an American landscape architect with great interest and studies in the creative processes, which resulted among other things in the creation of the RSVP cycle (Resources, Scores, Valuaction, Performance), object of this research, as well as Haprin’s performance, his partnership with Anna Halprin and the concepts that led them to propose such a process. The research focuses on the 60s and 70s, period of the development of the RSVP cycle, but also brings some aspects that make it possible to understand Halprin’s professional career, which goes from 1945 to 2009. The interest in the RSVP cycle comes from its potential as an inserted of body movements in project design, in the possibilities of sharing the creative process explored by him and in the discussions about design representation raised. To this end, it will be given subsidies for understanding the importance of the body when thinking about urban spaces, dealing with all transdisciplinarity and exercise by Lawrence and Anna Halprin. |
