Resumo: Aims: to develop a website to support the Telemedicine Laboratory's activities with usability standards in order to promote fast and accurate meetings regarding the access, organization and storage of relevant information for effective use. Method: this is an exploratory, descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with analysis of existing technologies within the scope of Information and Communication Technologies, in order to facilitate interaction between users. The first step will be to review the literature to study the landscape of existing technologies and their various applications. In the second stage will be a study and website creation for the Telemedicine Laboratory of the Federal University of São Paulo. Results: after bibliographic analysis and study of the technologies existing in that institution, it was possible to create as a result the Telemedicine Laboratory web page offering guidelines, norms and standards for effective use, guiding decision making and guiding users. Conclusion: the present study provided study and creation of methods for the construction of websites in the field of Telemedicine. Promoting the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the health area becomes urgent every day, considering the process of diagnosing, treating, preventing, promoting health, developing research and continuing education. It is understood that the primary objective of improving the health outcomes of individuals and the community is, above all, to offer mechanisms for greater resolution in health decision making.
