Introduction: Trauma is the disease of the 21st Century. Its study and its mechanisms assist in understanding and treatment of victims in its acute phase. The world literature is extensive in the descriptions and treatments provided to the trauma in all its degrees. Objective: To Elaborate a protocol for the care of the acute traumatic tissue injuries in the prehospital mobile service. Methods: It was carried out an extensive search of anteriority that did not reveal the existence of such protocol in other services across the globe. Subsequently, the literature review was executed on digital platforms: Scielo, Medline and Lilacs. Related and referenced scientific literature served as the basis for the elaboration and creation of the protocol and its flowchart. The complete protocol was then measured for expert-judges with the Delphi methodology. A questionnaire (using Likert scale) and the initial version protocol were sent by electronic means to 13 medical and nurse coordinators of all SAMU from Paraná. Results: The questionnaire returned from seven specialists in the first round and five in the second. The collected data were analyzed coming to a final result with a global CVI of 0.96; fulfilling the validation requirements of the protocol and its flowchart. Conclusion: A protocol for the care of acute traumatic tissue injuries in the prehospital mobile service was developed and authenticated with viability of routine professional use by the health professionals of the PHC. |
