The exploratory research aims to provide greater knowledge for the researcher on the subject in question, to develop, clarify and modify concepts and ideas, aiming at the formulation of later ideas. Results: A post-operative care manual was developed and there was a high acceptance rate from patients, family members or care partners. Conclusion: one post-operative care manual for corneal transplantation was developed for those submitted to this procedure at the Hospital São Paulo/UNIFESP. |
