Resumo: | This research project aims to study the Radio University of the Federal Universities of Brazil, classified as webradios. It was intended to investigate how the communicative and educational processes and strategies develop in the multimedia space, thus, the college radio converge between the fields of communication and education, from the perspective of educommunicative paradigm?. The overall objective was to investigate the communicative and educational processes in the multimedia space of webradios of Federal Universities in Brazil, as the college radio converge between the fields of communication and education. The specific objectives were: a) maping the webradios of federal universities in Brazil; b) knowing the uses, appropriations, interactions, themes, formats and functions of internet radio and c) analyzing the specificities of webradios the Internet from their respective sites. The research is exploratory in nature, characterized as qualitative and quantitative. Its data collection techniques was an online questionnaire hosted on Typform. It was sent to the coordinators of the web radios and contained open and closed questions. Moreover, an analysis of the radios websites was made from the homepages usability criteria . The corpus of the research is comprised of the eight existing webradios the Federal Universities of Brazil. We could conclude that the radios are characterized, in most cases, as pedagogic and educational, presenting as main benefits of radio practice the academic learning and the contact with the community. Some difficulties encountered by webradios were the adaptation to the web format and the lack of incentives and investments of universities. |
