Resumo: | This study, on the theme of Cultural Heritage allied to Design and Identity, aims to develop a booklet as support material for weavers of the Geopark Caçapava Aspirante UNESCO. The methodologies used are: Cultural Materialism and the strategies proposed by Krucken (2009) for the enhancement and promotion of products and territories. The theoretical contribution addresses Cultural Heritage, Cultural Studies, Identity, Design, Crafts and Territory, as well as an analysis of the context of weavers to approach the object of study. As analysis of the cultural artifact, three steps are proposed: 1. Identification and recognition; 2. Interaction and presentation; 3. Exploration and development of creativity. The last step comprises the capacitation course held from May to July 2021, about different aspects related to working with wool, comprising four workshops: 1. Presentation of differentiated product models for clothing and various products; Presentation of different techniques. 2. Colors and Natural Dyeing of wool; How to do reference research. 3. Geodiversity and Biodiversity of Caçapava do Sul; Insertion of natural and/or local materials; Accessory options and finishing techniques. 4. Sustainability in working with wool; Selling wool products. As a result of this research, a free and open access digital booklet was developed based on the contents of the workshops given. |
