Resumo: | This study is part of the research line "Sociobiodiversity and Sustainability Rights", having as its research object, the Ecopedagogy in Legal Education. The core of the research is brazilian legal education and the legal study of the environment, in addition to the debate about environmental law as a discipline of the curricula of law schools. It aims to investigate the possibility of introducing the values of Ecopedagogy in the training of jurists as an alternative for overcoming fractures in the legal education. In this sense, the authors were Francisco Gutiérrez and Luis Alberto Warat. It dealt with the need of contemporary legal formation to build / produce the values of a planetary citizenship attentive to the environment, facing the social, economic, political and cultural impacts of the impacts produced by the current society. As a way of responding to the proposed inquiry, the systemic epistemological matrix, which involves a systemic-complex and interdisciplinary analysis about the proposed theme. This study has demonstrated that the inclusion of optional or compulsory subjects dedicated to the legal study of the environment are not enough to train and train jurists to face the challenges of the new rights, that is, it does not in itself cause a contribution to the State Of Environmental Law. Therefore, it is essential to break with the current paradigm and rethink a critical and reflexive formation that is able to meet and understand the yearnings and demands strongly impacted by the new contours taken by the present society, which will be with the formation of a conscience and planetary citizenship, through Ecopedagogy. |
