Resumo: | The use of the petroleum as main energy base of the planet, brings with herself serious consequences. The fractional distillation of the crude petroleum generates hydrocarbons considered environmental pollutants, and both refine, storage and distribution possess hold risk of environmental impact. Contaminations for spills of fuels during the transport contribute significantly to pollution of the environment, committing the dynamics of the ecosystems and consequently the alive beings health. The objective of this work was to explore as the knowledge on relationships soil-water can be used to understand the mechanisms of movement of fuels (gasoline and diesel) in the soil, tends as practical referential a real situation of environmental accident, generating subsidies to come to contribute in the appropriate choice of the several techniques used for remediation of environmental accidents. After the field study were driven laboratories rehearsals about “hydraulics” conductivity. The easiness of the gasoline with ethanol additive of interacting with the aqueous phase demonstrates the increase of her potential as pollutant of the soil, underground and superficial waters. The use of simplified techniques of evaluation of the hydraulic conductivity of the water for the Science of the Soil, it can be used to obtain information about the behavior fluid - dynamic of liquids non - polar in susceptible to porous means suffer environmental accidents involving spills of fuels. |
