Utilização de metodologia de drenagem urbana para análise do comportamento hidráulico de um sistema de drenagem industrial

Resumo: The water pollution control by effluents from industrial districts requires that some special attitudes be adopted at the level of each industry. They have to cover the cushioning of the project rain peak, the joint pre-treatment of rainwater and liquid rejects of process. The effluents of each subsystem are combined with sanitary sewer and after the measurement of its outflows; they are launched in a general collector that conducts them to a centralized treatment station. This work analyzes the hydraulic behavior of a drainage system formed by ten industries. Each one of them has at one s disposal subsystems that are constituted by detention basins in order to deaden absorb the project rain peaks and units of its effluents pre-treatment. Through simulations in a model specially conceived in order to predict outflows, the system is submitted to rain that returns after 15, 20, and 25 years and lasts 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 300, and 360 minutes. The simulation results showed that 50% of subsystems did not support the rain that returned after 15 years and lasted 90 minutes which was adopted in the project of the treatment station. On the other hand, the Parshall gutters and the general collector supported all types of rain. In sequence, the necessary modifications in order to the drainage system supports the same project rain of the treatment station are determined.
