Resumo: The Metaltec game was created in PPGEP-UFSM in the year 2007, resulting in a mathematical model of great importance in the enterprise formation. This work was the planning, development and improvement of the partial processing module Metaltec game, creating a software through the study of practical methodologies, creation of visual and automated data processing environment as a tool of Engineering Production. Initially, we performed a literature review of research work on development and improvement of games. Therefore, has developed the system software to support Metaltec the Business game that includes the workflow for the animator, methodologies for the inclusion of themes, new concepts and content of general engineering production (such as linear programming (LP), planning and control production, costs, production management, cash flow, engineering, economic, Regression, etc.), well mechanisms of entry and data processing. The model was built using the Visual Basic Editor Project 6 for the environment and supported within the Excel application. To validate the proposed model was applied 4 times in class for graduation, post graduation and small entrepreneurs who have contributed in the improvement and refinement of the model. In the end there was the effective operation of the Software Metaltec play the game as a model for companies. The model shows the workflow of the animator, edit and planning of themes and content, implementation and evaluation of the opinions of players. While the subjects in all cases it was possible to apply them, but with respect to content complex such LP, regression and analysis of the demand was very difficult to standardize within the game required a special training of the players cases. Metaltec The software incorporated the contents mentioned in general providing the support for the application content to the game both simple and complex.
