Resumo: This research analysis the interaccionist and psychoanaliysis speech therapy effects in linguistic e subjective evolution of three subjects, between two and four years old, during ten months, twice in a week sessions. The intervention based on Jerusalinsky e Coriat (s.d.) early intervention, on autism therapy of Laznik (2004), and in Winnicott s (1975) ideas about play as a terapeutic resource. Also were used speech therapy principles based on interactionist theory of language acquisition (De Lemos, 1992) e other principles organized by Ramos (2008). The qualitative analysis bases on these researchers and on voice pulsional circuit concept of Catão (2009). The results demonstrated that the therapy principles were effectives to help the subjects to improve theier play and language symbolism. The subjects L. and C. had grate language evolution. They occuped new discoursive positions like language pole and speaker/hearer pole. The subject A. had improved his sensório-motor exploration in play and occuped, some times, the other discursive pole. This grow was conquisted by the play and sintonized talk, some times by baby talk, projected on this play. The parents participated of this evolution in the conjunt sessions with his son and by the continued interviews with the therapist. The voice pulsional circuit concept sistematized theorically the therapeutic intervention on hear, hear himself and ask to be heard, as an important theoretical aspect for speech therapy in psychic constitution times.
