Resumo: | In many organizational environments,the professional planning is becoming important, and people need to know and understand that this tool is intended to assist them in reaching the desired success their proffessional life. The model of professional planning aligned to the organizational strategic planning proposed here is true both for professionals as to organizations so they can align their strategic issues and their plans of action in pursuit of common goal. Therefore, we had to examine models of strategic planning, models of personal planning, models for professional planning and model of alignment, and understand the process of coaching, from an qualitative exploratory study, with the use of bibliographic research. It is understood that the tool of strategic planning shows faults in concern with the human capital, and that the professional is the real responsible for the construction of their own career. Therefore,when organizational interests and professional interests are united, it is possible to facilitate dialogue on the part of managers with people, and the consequence is reversed for the benefit of the company, since the process of change is understood and facilitated by its resources human. |
