Resumo: | It is a research that investigated and analyzed how the use of Moodle by the managers that work in the Administrative Secretaries of the units of education of the Federal University of Santa Maria, RS, contemplating the demands of training that emerge in the academic space, and which projects and policies that Central Administration of the Federal University of Santa Maria has developed to subsidize the performance of these managers. Academic management is a task that demands technical competence, precisely because it is a public organization that requires a direction based on the principles of participatory management. In addition, it requires administrative knowledge to optimize this process. For that, a qualitative-quantitative case study was carried out with a bibliographical research, data collection, with subsequent recording and analysis of the data collected. Presenting as final product the proposition of a course for the research subjects. This course aims to promote training for the administrative departments of the U, in order to assist in the agility and efficiency for solving problems in UFSM, implementing an integrated information system via the Moodle Platform, between US Secretariats and Administrative Units of UFSM |
